Growth Mindset -

Hi Guys,

Like I said in my previous blog I'm doing some of the extra credit blogs today. 

This blog is about Growth Mindset, I haven't done one of these blogs on this topic since the 1st week so its nice to recap every once and a while 😀

Reading the different links and thinking about it to myself, since school I was so focused on my leaving cert and getting into college I forgot about how I actually felt, how I was going to deal with this huge change in my life starting college, in September 2015 going into college was the scariest thing to face on my own, I was young and not very mature and I didn't have the right mindset to do something I have never done before and unfortunately I think that's why I ended up dropping out of that course. 

Over the years from working full time I was also so focused on doing my job that once again I forgot about the impact is was having on my mind so when I began this course trying to juggle a job and college was so hard that I ended up actually quitting my job due to stress. 

So what I am trying to say here is no matter where you are in your life its so important to take time and actually give your head a break, a break from thinking, a break from stressing, a break from running in a million circles. 

We need to look after ourselves as we are the only ones that can control what our minds are going through.

Introduction to me being me!

I never know how to write about myself. I always feel so embarrassed and I don't know why😅 Like last year when Margret asked us to do a video about ourselves, I wanted to cry as I never know what to say about myself without sounding big headed! So here comes the cringe fest.... My name is Elizabeth, I am 23 years old and I was born and bred in Maynooth. It is a nice a place but now its just full of college students who are taking over (I know i'm a college student but these people are from the country you know)😂.           I still live at home with my mum and recently my boyfriend Dan has moved in with us as well. Beta.... Well not really!

Hey Guys, Welcome back to my blog, It's been a long week, thank god we only have one more week left!  So all week I have been working on my game, unfortunately I got the code working but I have way to many errors popping up which means it wont make my character move! My coins are working, my wind-zone is working and so is my sky-box but the most important bloody part wont! I have created so many different character and entered the code which is needed for each of them and none of them will work!  I also think one of my problems is that my world is too large with to many different effects going on through out it. I know what your going to say...
